	It's not so much that I want to run roughshod over everyone else next week, but I would like to have a reasonable expectation of getting there eventually. Buying BAP will either take half of forever in game, or require real money, which I'm philosophically opposed to. Since there's an XP system though, it seems like I ought to be able to use it to improve my boat. However, because of everybody else's--admittedly rational--strategy decisions, that's a practical impossibility.
