| Except for the fact that there are substantially more people with rowboats, and they're probably less concerned about getting sunk. On a rowboat a merch flag is probably a waste of money, on a warship it's practically a necessity. So, I probably could level a rowboat fairly easily, but that gives me a really tricked out rowboat. Unless I'm trying to score CPR points, it's kind of a booby prize, and it'll probably be a couple months--minimum--before I'm worried about the CPR. Now, if leveling a rowboat could help my warship in any way I'd still do it, but you said that doesn't work. I haven't given up yet, but I also haven't seen any evidence I should expect any success whatsoever. |
