	If you are thinking of buying a dwelling don´t do it. Look at the cost of building it!! The maximum gross income is 24000 per day Subtract from that the cost of 20 plats to keep it going and you are left with at best 11,000 per day So you have to run it for over 100 days just to get your outlay back and to be honest by then 10k profit per day is just not worth it. Spend your time on fishing instead it´s a better return. Nemesis
