	Well, they're not mutually exclusive. You CAN fish and have a dwelling at the same time. I believe at your level you should have spare cash lying around. What I did was to get my kayak/rig/ferry first with my awesome clan mates' help, then pay them back, then start saving for dwelling. Now that I finally have my dwelling, I bought a whole hunk of platinum at 530 one day, so I can leave it alone. All fishing income goes to me, all dwelling income is just spare cash that I loan out to my clannies
