1.You are looking at it wrong. One level does not contain multiple upgrades. Each level brings its own individual allowance of upgrade (addition to power at the cost of platinum and ores). I cant have a level 30-1, or a level 30-2 weapon in other words. Level 30 is the lowest power allowance on a weapon. When you go to 31, You are allowed to add more power to the weapon, and on and on as you level the weapon.

2. No, you must level the weapon indivudally by adding power to it. The more YOU level, the more power will be allowed to add to the weapon, once you add that power, the weapon becomes that level on which the power was allowed.

3. Custom weapons are the same as normal weapons. If you go to level 100 and upgrade your power till your custom reaches level 100, you level down and un-equip it, you're screwed .

4. Upgrade, or MAX POWER allowed on the weapon in other words, is based on your current level.

5. A level 30 weapon can not have an anywhere allowance from 1 - 42 power. Not quite sure what level 30 power starts it, but i think it's pretty low. Sometimes weapon shop items are worth more than your custom gear depending on the Power boost of the custom weapon vs. the power boost, and Stat boost of the shop weapon. up to you to test them. over all, at least 90% of the time, the custom weapons will be better.
