| I tend to reply fast when I'm in a "want to spam" frenzy... and correct. Can't wear level 37 at level 30. but... this goes without saying, you CAN wear custom gear, lower than you current level, and if you have the funds, simply add power till it reaches the max power available for your current level, then the weapon becomes that level, based on the power added. |
