| Just because you have the potential for something, doesn't manifest that within yourself. It's like potential vs. kinetic energy. You can sit there with all the potential maturity in the world, but if it's not employed, well, then...Unless you're proposing that having the potential for maturity counts. Besides, I posted all the findings on the report because I do agree that age and experience play a factor. |
