 Subject: I disagree with camping
I say let the players play the game. If they want to camp they can camp. But if they want to play then don't hold them back.

What is the point of making a player train for months at a low level? Is that going to make them stronger than the top venners? No. So why not let them get out and enjoy the game?

Lets face it, camping is boring, and it won't keep players from getting killed if they ever decide to level up. So rather than keep them down below level 5 until they die of boredom, let them get out and kill something.
