Who is your favorite Villain?

In almost every story there is a good guy and a villain, that evil but smart and really bad guy that make our hero suffer the hell in live.

some times we dont pay atention to the villain rol and is one of the most importants...cuz there is no Heroic Hero..if there is no Villain to put him to his limit.

So please, lest give some credit to the vilains and post your favorite and why is he the best vilain in your opinion
