	When you level down, you get the 3 AP when you come back up. So if you were to level down to 99 and level back up, you'd have 3 AP and 10 HP more than if you hadn't leveled down at all. That's what I meant. Leveling up with an element saves you the time of leveling; leveling down with an element gives you 3 extra AP and 10 HP.
