Given a choice between 2 things. If you pick one youre given exp stone, the other im not sure because ive never gotten it. Exp just lets you give 5% more to other ppl (either all 5% to sopmeone or any of the % to up to 5 ppl)

And you dont need a clan to set your exp tax, having a clan just gives that clan the exp you dont get, instead of it just disappearing.
