 Subject: Why?
You need a saph to change your profile name, whats the diff? and if you buy a clan and dont have a few saphs to spare what kind of leader are you going to be? The clan maker should anticipate the cost and wait until he/she can afford to start their own clan, or pay $ for one.

And those clans constantly changing names are STILL doing it, because they have plenty of resources to do so without shedding a tear.
