 Subject: sounds a bit naughty if you don't know
when you complete the Elite Palace you gain a stone that allows you to share some of you experience that you gain in battle with some of your friends. This is usually used for people who want to level up fast.

I would hope that you have been added by mistake if you do not know about it. More sinister would be someone wanting you to level up quick so that they can attack you.

If you don't want to level up fast I suggest to disallow this.
