	I read and I quote "Eminence players can attack anyone." Does this mean that they are no longer restricted by the attackable levels in the ven like everyone else. Example: lvl 95 Dark Priest attacking lvl 30 player. Or are they just able to attack anyone in their battling level regardless of eminence rank or lack there of?
