| wearing individual, I agree with Deathshand...and Anon.. Most people don't know the numerous hours and time that each admin, staff and even helper, puts into the game. Let's debunk a few things... 1. All admin, staff, helper, are players just like any other..they all started as noobs at one point or another 2. It does take a certain kinda mindset and a whole lot of heart to be good at the position you hold 3. NO ADMIN OR OTHER GREAT HALL MEMBER RECEIVES PAYMENT- that means they don't get money, they don't get in game benefits, they don't get to test things out before other people, there is no free subscription or ultra or anything... Point blank, a person who is listed in the great hall gives up their free time and their game time to help, mentor and assist people in the game. No benefits, no special treatment. It is a hard task to take on, the higher your great hall position the more you have to do. It can get overwhelming, and it can consume you to the point that you realize you arn't getting anywhere with your own account because you are too busy helping others with theirs LOL So, thank your helpers, your staff and your admin... remember that a happy thanks or even a spectra tossed at them for helping you will go a long way in letting them know how much you appreciate the amount of time they give to the game. Happy Great Hall member = less stress all around!!! |
