| If you wish to get an outpost to get tokens to buy energy refilling drinks, you need to click on the 'Outposts' link in the Wargrounds section of Westland. If you want to buy a ring to boost your energy, you can buy them at the 'ring shop' in the Shopping District. Check the Red Lobster guide in the Help section for help on getting energy from the Red Lobster. Finally, don't forget you get a full energy top-up every hour, and every half hour if your a subscriber. Hope that helps  If you need any more advice, feel free to mail me |
