| you cant buy these from weapons or shield shops. Players either earn them by using referal points in referal shop and purchasing there or buy them in trade chat from players who have already earned them. Both give you a +20 to power and helps you a lot until you can make your own custom equipment on reaching level 30. Many players think they are worth it hence the high price but when your done with them you can sell them again to and get gold back |
