| ...you have to have enough platinum to buy them. then you click on to "LEARN" button.That is if you have choosen the skills fit for your class and level.otherwise it won't work.(I'm wondering you got to level 30 without learning any skill from level 10?) then go to ACCOUNT (up there on ur screen top middle right) "Skill configuration".You have rows and column around there showing your skills.you may set them to maximum (100-80-60-20%)that is if you have one skills to use.if multiple skills then you may try experimenting which work well.my suggestion:make the most attack skills 100%).Columns means when your HP is at that % then skills should work. lastly(or maybe not) is to check wether you have enough Wisdom to make it work.At your level you must have earn at least 20Wisdom points to make a good skill work (or maybe more). goodluck and enjoy playing with your skills! |
