| Tax buffs have been around for over a year. I'm surprised that you didn't read about them, or read their description when they were in the game packs. It's too bad that you missed the opportunity to sell your buff to someone, but the buffs have been a big part of game play since June 2013. It shows a startling lack of curiosity not to learn about them since then. A little common sense would tell you that Feltash wouldn't give a permanent 100% tax buff, when he just recently lowered tax from 95 to 75% in order to make elements a vital part of the game economy. It is encouraging though that such a great item can be found free in the secret passage  |
