| Well as a long time mage i would like to think so, but..... When the developers built the various classes they balanced different strengths and weaknesses across the different classes. The most important thing is to adapt your style of play to the class and skills you have. I've spent four years adapting to wisdom based mage play, so i've grown to love the advantages offered by mage class. That said there were some times where I wished i was an acolyte early on.  I guess it would be fair to say Mage is the best class for my style of play. If you want to find out how to get the most from your class, i suggest talking to a veteran player who has succeeded well with it. You may want to talk to veteran players from all classes before going too far down any one path. Make sure your class suits how you want to play. |
