| if you could bet higher, lower & equal on each hand you would never lose. There always needs to be some kind of risk attached to the gamble. The same problem would actually exist for refunding on the same number. People could then safely do a mix of higher & lower bets and never need to worry about losing as the worst that might happen is their bet would be refunded. |
