| all hilos i ever played are like this.... this issue appear only because the pot is on the lowest nominal. imagine if the pot is high (10 mil/bet).... no one will put intens JP on a 3 or any other lower possibility than AoS so he can win lower bet if JP hit  jp = everybody win higher bet win lower bet win IF we want to change the rule... then i prefer JP winner is only the one who put a bet on it. no one got the share and also no winner for any other bets (lower/higher) or as sajase mention, put a minimum pot higher than 100K gold, let say 500mil minimum on the pot so each JP bet will be a slight higher than 1K /bet but again.... gambling is unpredictable, even with current rules pot can be high as 8 bill++  |
