	1. You cannot create a custom equipment using the Blacksmith at level 1. BLACKSMITH *Cough Cough* I dont make equipment for weaklings. Come back at level 30. 2. If a level 30 player gives you a custom gear to upgrade, when you upgrade it up to your level (i.e., lvl 700), the gear's level will be 700 (but take note that only the Power of the gear will increase). Only someone at level 700 will be able to equip it. 3. There is no way at the moment to decrease the level requirement of a gear (as far as I know).
