| you have to have 100 in energy to make the gamble, true. but the original question was wether you could borrow energy boosting equipment and make the gamble with it. once upon a time, equipment was taken into account for the gamble. But that was before the high energy stuff came along (the +1000 energy boosting rings for example). In those early days, you could gamble with your gear put on, or put off and that was also a way to try to make up for a loss (if loss with equipment off, make it even or gain slight advantage if the next gamble is a winning one with equipment on). It's not possible anymore, the game does not allow gambies with energy equipment anymore. In a way, makes sense, seeing the multiple very high boosting equipments available. The gains would be insane, and as for the losses, well you can't go below zero (well you can, but Felt fixes it). |
