| it's evil intention or lack of care...sometimes people read posts but simply don't know the answer. That might have been your case. newbie chat...yeah, the problem of beeing listed there even if you aren't actually in the room, gives the impression you don't care...that's a problem, and it's been discussed before. I know that in theory, it's mandatory for us to be in there. But. Either the people listed (and i'm maybe in them, i don't know) could not for practical reasons allow a chat window to be open (checking messages on your aged phone, checking stuff at work when it's totally impossible to stay online on a chat window, especially in a shared office -shutting a window is easy, shutting a chat conversation is just rude) either again, they did not know the answer to your problem. Good that Wiskey helped you solve your issue though. What counts is that someone is helping, be it helper, staff or admin... |
