Whenever visiting a City you are/are not a member of, you will see a sign saying Citizen or Not a Citizen. This is a clickable link, leading you to where you can choose a City to join. Joining a city for the first time is free - however this is the only time it will not cost you. If you wish to join another city afterwards, it will cost you a Sapp to change. You can only join a City during the first 3 days of a month. Hope this helps. |
