| Being done by some or not, if this is a problem for any player then it is there own fault. Any player experienced enough to be on a stone and dropping down to ven should know this already and know it is just as important as watching your exp level when dropping so as to not waste elements that way. It has always been on the players to do this for themselves. For that reason I think it is unfair to frown upon those who act because others didn't. The argument that people don't know is relatively weak as well as it should be covered in clan and it only matters for active clans as they are the ones that this tactic would be used against. So there is no excuse for someone not already knowing to turn off shared when they drop down. Doing so makes this a complete non-issue. This "big difference" is not a difference at all since as I said, the cbr itself does the same thing and if this something distinctive that means that the tactic should not be used (be it ethically or legally), then all competitions (since the cause players to spend out of pocket and not always just from in game gold) should not be done either. That is the full extent of the argument you are making, and more so since the out of pocket cost of competting against other players is much much higher then anything an exp stone can do. |
