I raised a point made by Adam Moore in my own response. Specific levels of privacy are most deff culturally relative. However, even in cultures where the level of privacy seems to be low, it still most assuridly exists. You are thinking in terms of strictly bodily privacy, but you dont address the other aspects such as control over personal information.

Even in a culture like India where people seem to have extremely limited bodily privacy, they do still have and exercise control over who they reveal information to. What you tell your family vs friends vs wife vs boss etc are all different. Some things you keep from some and not from others. This is a requirement of social relationships of any kind to exist. Therefore, they do indeed have privacy of some kind as a relevant right.
