	Combining gold in hand and bank for taxes has one drawback. Just as when these changes first came in everyone began to flock to stones and GCs protecting their gold and hyper inflating the markets. The richer players would still have their wealth but in a different form that would be equally if not more tradeable than gold in those circumstances.
