| Agreed that some time does need to be taken to learn the game, read the forums, checkout/ learn about clans and get a general feel for the game. But 90 days is way too long. I think 30 days is too long even. A couple weeks is plenty of time to get acclimated and get started. I think Conq had a good point about protecting them from thieves. If I knew the noobs were being taught from day one how to protect gold when buying I wouldn't have to suppress that minor twinge of remorse when I take the slated hut/boat gold. 90 days was the right amount of time when you could actually train for a bit and become strong enough to somewhat compete. Now if you aren't going to spend, may as well start playing as soon as you know what direction to head in. |
