 Subject: Let's get back to the discussion
Personal attacks don't help so can we keep them out of this?
The issues seem to be:
1-Is the current scoring balanced between sinking and fishing?
2-Is there more or less activity on the seas?
3-How can lower level boats/ships get to level up w/o BAP purchases?
4-What factors have to be looked at to adjust any perceived shortcoming, if any.

These may not be all issues that we want to explore but it's a start
