| I'm pretty sure citizenship and clan land bonuses are entirely separate. Citizenship is only for city defense from attackers. You get points for city defense for fighting off NPCs. And then awards at the end of the month for whoever gets the most points. Clan land titles give you the associated bonuses when your clan holds that title. |
