| this isn't a massively successful business. Other things can afford to charge one time or flat fees because they are well established and have a huge customer base. DW is neither of these - in online game terms its very small, and as a company its just as small. One cannot apply the rules of big business to small ones such as OGN/DW. Even Bill Gates made mistakes before microsoft went huge and he could afford to stabilise his price range. |
