Mainly because I run a camper clan which feeds into a venner clan, as most of you know. So basically by punishing my clan for not being good in the CBR, you are indirectly punishing the venner clan as well.

Also, this would hit solo camper clans even harder, so for that reason, I even more fervently disagree. BAD IDEA.
