 Subject: Learning Devious Skills
As a race, humans have passed knowledge down generations ensuring our survival, my idea is that players should be able to teach other players skills they have learned.

A negotiated price would be reached between the players to learn the skill. The level limit would still remain the same.

It would be an opportunity for non-subby players who have never had a Sapphire let alone 500 to learn some of the devious ridge skills.
