	That you cannot use elements to level down past 10. You can level down below 30 now, but not to level 9. 10 is the lowest you can level down to and 10 is the level you have to be to visit the alter of elements - which you can only use at level 10 to level up, if you are level 11 you can use it to level down to 10.
