| for huge changes that effect the fabric of the game to send an e mail to all the clan owners and co owners. that means about 90% of active players will be informed what is going on, and give clan officers time to deal with and make strategy to help there clan members to deal with the changes. again we are talking about customer communication, i ready thought we where getting there but looks like we have a ways to go yet. the other 10% will hear about it in chat and other forums and everyone will be given the heads up properly, be talking about and anticipating teh change. i have never heard such hard words from moon except when she was mad at me, i guess better someone else them me. you go girl you are a rock star!!!!! |
