for your clear answer and putting up with me(and my head cold)

So to me it once again comes down to: is it worth it to go into a cbr right now until these changes are fully into place. Newbies are told and warned repeatedly not to level up until at least 90 days have passed so its a longer wait for them to ever get to level 30 if you see my meaning.

So it would be wating for these changes to take place and how long we wait for them as to weather or not to do any cbr until they are in place.
