| Of course people pay to get benefits. What he is questioning is the price value. Charging money to support the game is fine. Most games will finance their running costs though adds and subscriptions, no questions about that. What this doesnt address is HOW MUCH should they charge for such benefits. The problem is that DW must be by far the MOST expensive PBBG out there. Even worse, the Ultra Sub Package might as well be the highest cost per month of any other game. Now, that is the problem. MMORPG: WoW: $14.99 per month UO: $12.99 per month Tibia: EUR 6,65 / month (most expensive bundle) Ragnarok Online: $12.00 per month Runescape $5.00 per month PBBG: Popomundo: $3.00 per month Soulhunter: $1.00+ once SpiritsofAldea: EURO 2.00 per month (most expensive bundle) Travian: $2.99 per month DW: $29.95 per month (wow!!!!!!) Thats TWICE as much as the most expensive game I could find. |
