| I don't think he leveled down to level one JUST to kill Strategist. I think he took advantage of it to kill a player that when he was starting out, he would not have stood one winks of a chance against. As per the caps, I think no one should be able to use them below level 10. If this game has become all about the people that are buying now, the potential of this game has now peaked, and like every mountain, will plummet.Best to protect potential buyers. <---- Added to kill the argument that they need to make money off of this game. |
