	If elements continue then the Battle Cap must be removed. Elements are not cheap and although it caused an initial disturbance in game strategy. Most who use them will run low on assets and then they will no longer have much effect on game play. Especially if the Battle Cap is removed. The Battle Cap is causing a glut of players who are lifetime campers sitting just under level 30.
