	1) There has been 50% discounts on the GC store previously where all items including the equipment packs have been discounted. It might happen again... no-one knows. 2) As a spender, I wouldn't be happy with the full popups being offered again for a cheaper price. It would make me feel like I was getting ripped off, and would probably lead me to question making further purchases.
