....if implemented properly  How about this - there needs to be an agreement on both parties involved. Perhaps in the form of a clickable link 'such and such has declared war on you - click here to accept / decline' If you accept then both clans involved get double ven points and losses (4 and 2 - not 2 and 1). If you decline the war does not happen. To make it so that the top clans arent deliberately targeting lower, inactive clans that clearly wont accept a war - install a small clan medal fee to actually 'declare war' that way clan leaders will only declare war on a clan that will more than likely accept. |
