I wonder if the stat boosts from the skills are fixed rather than as a percentage of your original. If that were the case, these skills might be very good for beginning to intermediate players, but not so great for WOF players.

This is just speculation, but would be interested to see a player with much lower stats use it and make a comparison with their normal damage.
