| As for Spiderman's idea on rates I would agree as I had suggested elsewhere or if the tax is to remain daily possibly reduce it by 10%. Another possibility for taxes, is partial distribution among cities. A plausible idea being to incorporate damage to city structures and citizen rebuilding efforts. Citizens could take various jobs throughout the various cities as well. An example, expand on the lumbermill, each city could have its own select job, such as mining, alchemy, blacksmith etc. Dependent on city or job a base or variable daily wage. |
