 Subject: Disease statistics.
I think there should be a message either in Westland or in the town, stating how many are infected by a certain disease.

For example, something like this:


"An outbreak of xxxx has struck xxxx! xxx people are currently suffering from this disease."

As an addition to the severity and the chances of catching.
