	what happened to this idea before?I think to encourage people to build up their outpost levell.we introduce Token's Bank. The bank still with the DW bank collecting tax every withdraw and it has it's maximum capacity according to you outpost level.Maximum capacity should be 50% of you next level upgrade cost.This way there still tokens to steal and enough to save for levelling up.
