	i think there should be a place for helpers, admin, staff to interact, ask questions, say hi. for example, if a newbie doesnt speak english but, for example spanish, it seems good if i could mail a spanish mail with basics of the game, then tell them in newbie chat in spanish to check their mail for the letter.
