Subject: account deletion

this idea was inspired by Utom's post of "WHY??"

Give players the ability to delete their accounts, that way if they decide they don't like it, they can delete it themselves it they want to quit playing, or atleast have that option. This will A) hopefuly stop so many accounts from being inactive. B) allow players that screwed up when they first started (ie leviling so quickly that a really young noob could farm them) to start over without having a multi.
