	I didn't say directly from leveling down. I said from the element. If you ven and keep yourself at level 5, you'll go through quite a lot of elements. After a week, you won't just have stayed at the same level; you'll have accumulated AP and HP because of your element use. The leveling back up comes from the element, because you couldn't do it without the element in the first place.
